The course components have been designed to fit different learning styles, so you can go at your own pace.

An introduction to the endocrine system, the hormones associated with menstruation and menopause to provide background biology for the modules that follow. Learning outcomes: understand the different sources and the role of Oestrogens, Testosterone and Progesterone.

Covering the hormones involved, the cycle stages, how to encourage awareness, support choices for each phase.
